Mr. Ballard will be the senior surety underwriter in SureTec’s San Diego office. He began his surety career in Texas and California, and has spent the last 21 years in the Southern California surety market place. Prior to joining SureTec, Ron was a Branch Manager for ICW Group and most recently was in charge of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency’s Surety Division in San Diego.
