Ms. Vincent will direct commercial and contract surety claims from the company’s San Diego office. Ms. Vincent began her surety career in California, and has and been involved in surety claims handling for over twenty years. Prior to joining SureTec, Cynthia was Vice President of Surety Claims for ICW in San Diego.
