SureTec Insurance Company is a Texas domiciled insurance company approved by the U.S. Department of Treasury (T-Listed) to act as surety on Federal Projects. SureTec is authorized to write performance, payment, maintenance and other contract bonds on all public and private work in the states where we are admitted.

SureTec has received a rating of "A- (Excellent)" from A. M. Best Company, the premier rating agency in the insurance business.  Best's ratings are derived from a detailed analysis of a company's financial strength, operating performance and market profile.

SureTec has reinsurance agreements in place with some of the largest reinsurance companies in the nation. This reinsurance support allows us the in-house capacity to write bonds of up to $5,000,000. The quality of our reinsurance provides SureTec the capacity of writing bonds to this level, while remaining in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Additional arrangements allow us to write larger bonds with some of the finest co-sureties and reinsurers in the business.
