Please Note: We receive many claims and notices each month, the vast majority of which are simply notices sent to protect a payment bond deadline. We will not always know the current status of your claim when you call. We will research your question and call or e-mail back. If you call or write about a payment bond claim, please help us by having the following information available or providing it in any message you leave:

  • Your company and contact information. Both phone and email addresses are helpful
  • The name or our principal
  • The company you furnished labor or materials to, if it was not our principal (i.e., if you furnished to one of our principals' subcontractors)
  • The project on which your claim is made
  • The current amount of your claim

If you are already represented by counsel, we may need your attorney's permission to discuss the claim directly with you.
